What is a scratch kitchen? It is one where all recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. This means every element of the dish, including the tasks necessary to produce it, are executed start to finish without shortcuts.

A must while in Chautauqua County

We had our Thanksgiving dinner there with another couple, it was wonderful. Myself and the other woman in the group are excellent cooks and we were not disappointed in the least. Our meal was very good, the service was excellent, and we did not feel rushed. We were able to relax and enjoy the warm and homey atmosphere. Thank you Brian and Marya for the delicious dinner.
